Alexandra H. Arnold, DMD

Dr. Alexandra grew up in beautiful, Lexington, Kentucky. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science in Chemistry at the University of Alabama, graduating summa cum laude. Returning to Lexington, she earned her dental degree at the University of Kentucky, finishing with highest honors and awards in restorative dentistry, prosthodontics, and oral medicine. She completed an advanced post-doctoral training program in Augusta, Georgia, focusing on dental implants, sedation dentistry, and full-mouth rehabilitations.

Dr. Alexandra mirrors her father’s passion for patient-focused, exceptional dentistry. She and Dr. Fred regularly attend continuing education courses together to stay on the cutting edge of patient care. Dr. Alexandra loves all aspects of general dentistry, especially esthetics, endodontics, and dental implants. She considers practicing with her father to be one of the greatest gifts she has ever been given.

When not practicing dentistry, Dr. Alexandra is either at barre fitness class, playing with her Boston Terrier named Georgie, or planning her next travel adventure.
